Mark S. VanderBroek is a partner of Troutman Sanders, LLP, with over 20 years of experience in the areas of intellectual property litigation and franchise law. He chairs Troutman Sanders’ Atlanta office Pro Bono Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Atlanta Legal Aid Society, and is a former President of the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. Mark is a graduate of the University of Michigan (BBA 1981) and the University of Chicago Law School (1984), and worked as a law clerk for the Honorable James C. Hill, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
