Robert F. Dow (Bob) specializes in the areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance. He is a CPA with experience as a financial analyst, corporate controller and auditor. His degrees are from GA State University, J.D., 1992; Florida, B.S., 1980; GA State University, M.P.A., 1984; and School of Banking of the South, 1987.

Bob is the Pro Bono Chair for AGG, coordinating AGG's involvement in numerous pro bono programs. He is an active participant in the Georgia Law Center for the Homeless.
